What Our Clients Say

One thing we are very proud of here at ALS (uk) Ltd is the longevity of the relationship we have with our clients. Obviously as we have grown, the list of clients we have worked with has grown also, however, the companies who worked with us back in 1991 are still with us today!

Whilst we are always keen to welcome new clients to work with ALS (uk) Ltd, where we really excel is keeping clients happy once they begin using our services. For example, we don’t have designated sales staff in our team, but we do have account managers and customer service staff. This is indicative of the fact that we are dedicated to ensuring the requirements of our existing clients are met.

For example, what used to be the Independent Tribunal Service, and is now the Appeals Service, is one such long-lasting client. With us since we began our operation, the Appeals Service is a very demanding client requiring a high volume of highly-qualified interpreters on a daily basis, and this working relationship is testimony to the reliability and quality of service that we provide every day of every year.

While we have grown to a national organisation, we have maintained relationships with the same organisations (including Jobcentres, Hospitals, Solicitors firms and Local Authorities) that we worked with in our formative years.

Here is what a few of our main (highest-volume) clients have to say:

"Al-Ta'I Linguistic Support Ltd has been providing BILCS with interpreting/translation services since BILCS began operations in 2001.

We have found ALS (uk) Ltd to be a high-quality service provider, and a very capable agency, proving to be friendly, reliable and professional. They have a very broad range of languages that they can provide interpreters for, and are able to provide interpreters at short notice (within the hour), on demand. BILCS also recognise ALS (uk) Ltd as having one of the largest databases of interpreters, meaning they are normally the first to be called on if a 'rare' language is required.

BILCS book a high volume of interpreting cases on a daily basis through ALS (uk) Ltd, and have done for three years and, from our experience, we would be happy to recommend the service to anyone."

Mr Dev Bansal BILCS Booking Service Manager

"We are a large organisation that arranges tribunal hearings for customers appealing decisions made on various Social Security benefits. A vital part of ensuring that all our customers are treated equally, is to provide interpreters, where necessary, to meet their needs.

Al-Tai have provided us with interpreters for more than 10 years. They provide a very professional service, for example confirmation of bookings are notified very quickly, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

There have also been other occasions where we have had to request interpreters at very short notice (less than 6 hours). Al-Tai have always tried every means possible to provide someone, and in the majority of cases have been successful. For which we have been grateful.

Al-Tai also provide a translating service and will prepare any quotes we request in advance of any work they are to undertake.

We have found the staff to be, polite, friendly and willing to help."
